Stage 2 — Planning

Stage 3 — Technical

Detailed technical development to meet building regulations.

  • Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications to building regulation level.
  • Liaise with structural engineers where required and coordinate updates.
  • Coordinate and integrate designs from any other consultants if needed.
  • Submit the completed technical pack to Building Control (local authority or approved inspector).
  • Work with Building Control to achieve approval.

Stage 4 — Building

Final construction documentation and project coordination through to completion.

  • Enhance drawings to construction-level detail to form contract documents.
  • Design phase is now complete.
  • Assist in selecting a builder (client's choice or recommended).
  • Prepare and implement an industry-standard contract (JCT), ensuring clarity and protection for both parties.
  • Coordinate technical aspects during construction and administer the contract.
  • Verify work completion stages before payments are made.
  • Assist in collecting guarantees and certificates.
  • Support final Building Control sign-off and completion certification.
