Stage 2 — Planning

  • Submit the completed technical pack to Building Control (local authority or approved inspector).

  • Enhance drawings to construction-level detail to form contract documents.
  • Design phase is now complete.
  • Assist in selecting a builder (client's choice or recommended).
  • Prepare and implement an industry-standard contract (JCT), ensuring clarity and protection for both parties.
